The sweetest agent you will ever meet! Katie guided us through making a contingent offer on our dream house and getting our previous house prepared and sold within a month. In a difficult real estate market and with such a short timeline, Katie’s advice is what allowed our dream to come true. Even when things got confusing or tricky, she was patient and professional and advocated for us. She stays engaged and checked in with us all the time to make sure we had everything we need and that our questions were answered. My kids fell in love with her as well - she always had a little treat for them or took the time to get on their level and play or chat with them.
